04 — What we ask in return

The lower price is a function of the model. For it to work, we need you to:

Put requests in writing, using our templates
Give clear direction — where the business is going and what you need from the ads
Accept that results come from product, creative and budget — not the agency alone
Reply to written requests within 24–48 hours

We're a partner, not a babysitter. It's a fair deal both ways.
